What is Cultural Supervision?
Cultural Supervision is about cultural accountability and cultural development using a bi-cultural lens (Western and Māori worldviews) incorporating Māori values and principles. It enables you to continue to develop and time to safely reflect on your practice while feeling supported.
Benefits of Cultural Supervision
Within a Kaitiaki session, I will offer you a Māori perspective, a connection between yourself as a practitioner and your clients who are Māori. My goal is to allow you the time and the space to be open to reflection, awareness and to have the courage to apply new knowledge within your work context.
