Aro ki te hā Kaitiaki Services

Who Needs Cultural Supervision?

If you are a provider of services for others or you work within the people helping arena because this is your passion, I can support you to work more effectively incorporating Māori values, principles and processes.

  • Aro ki te hā Kaitiaki Services provides a safe and relaxing space so you can explore and reflect on workplace cultural practices, and how this is impacting you and your role.
  • Aro ki te hā Kaitiaki Services offers regular Cultural Supervision with either individual or group sessions. These can be kanohi ki te kanohi (face to face) or online (or a mixture of both).
  • The first session (for new clients only) is a free whanaungatanga session to see if you think I am a good fit to guide you within Cultural Supervision.

Life seems to be getting more and more stressful with increasing expectations and staff feeling under pressure.

Make the time for you, to feel supported in a safe environment and the time to reflect on your lens and how this impacts your mahi within cultural practice.

The aim of Cultural Supervision is to increase your confidence in cultural responsivity or to just simply reflect on how you are meeting cultural requirements within your role.
